As of October 18, 2021, there will be a no refund policy in effect.

Once the appointment is paid for the only thing that can be changed is the date and time of the appointment.

Apointment should be changed/rescheduled no later than the day before the appointment. There will be a $10 fee for same day change/reschedule.
